Lewis N. Wolff
Chairman & CEO
Lewis Wolff is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wolff Urban Management Inc., a private real estate acquisition, investment, development, and management firm. He is also Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Maritz, Wolff & Co., a privately held hotel investment group whose portfolio of premier hotels and resorts achieved dispositions exceeding $2 billion.
Since 1968, Mr. Wolff has developed over 4,000,000 square feet of urban real estate, including hotels, office space, retail, town-homes, and commercial parking properties. Mr. Wolff has served on the Boards of Directors of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. and First Century Bank, as Vice Chairman of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and as Co-Chairman of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, formed through the merger of Fairmont Hotel Management Company and Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Inc. He has also served on the Board of Regents of Santa Clara University and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bobrick Washroom Equipment.
In professional sports, Mr. Wolff became Co-Owner of Major League Baseball’s Oakland Athletics in 2005, serving as Managing Partner through 2015 and now as Chairman Emeritus. He also became Co-Owner of Major League Soccer’s San Jose Earthquakes in 2007. He was also an significant investor in the St. Louis Blues (NHL) and Golden State Warriors (NBA).
Mr. Wolff holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Keith M. Wolff
President
Keith Wolff is the President of Wolff Urban Management and brings more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, sports, office, and retail assets. He possesses extensive expertise across all facets of commercial real estate, including property acquisition, development, leasing, repositioning, disposition, and financing. Mr. Wolff has also served as part of the ownership and stadium development teams for both the Oakland Athletics and San Jose Earthquakes, contributing to the planning and execution of major sports facility projects.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of the Pacific in 1988, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as Valedictorian. Mr. Wolff later earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1993, graduating with Honors distinction.

Adam R. Keller
Partner
During his more than 30-year partnership with Wolff Urban, Mr. Keller has been intimately involved in all aspects of hotel ownership and development, including deal sourcing, acquisition, disposition, ownership, construction and renovation, brand and asset management, and hands-on operations across many of the world’s major hotel brands. He has negotiated and completed over $500 million in property transactions, over $500 million in equity and debt financing, and overseen operations for thousands of hotel rooms in multiple branded and independent hotels across the United States.
Prior to his time at Wolff Urban, Mr. Keller’s extensive background included turnarounds, start-up ventures, internet and bricks-and-mortar retailing, and full-service consumer businesses. Past roles include co-founder of what at the time was the largest venture capital-funded internet commerce business in New Zealand, key business development executive in a start-up retail venture involving the U.S. Postal Service and Goldman Sachs, oversight of all business activities of Grill Concepts, Inc. (a NASDAQ listed nationwide restaurant chain), consultant at Bain & Company, and founding Director of Operations for the fastest-ever growing division of Price Club (now Costco).
Mr. Keller received a B.A. in economics magna cum laude from Harvard University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Highest Distinction as a Baker Scholar.

Adam Isrow
President of Hotel Operations
Mr. Isrow has specialized in operations management and business development since 1992. During his tenure at Automated Data Processing, he served as a District Sales Manager, where he established new territories and earned top sales honors. Following his success at ADP, Mr. Isrow joined the Burbank Hilton and Convention Center as Guest Services Manager and was soon promoted to Rooms Division Manager, overseeing hotel operations and a team of more than 500 employees.
Building on his hospitality expertise, Mr. Isrow founded GoConcierge, the first web-based concierge application in the hotel industry. Under his leadership, GoConcierge became the leading solution of its kind, serving over 1,500 hotels worldwide, including luxury brands such as Fairmont, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, and Rosewood Hotels. Mr. Isrow successfully led the sale of GoConcierge to a software company backed by Expedia Group, Inc. Since the acquisition, he has overseen all of the company’s hotel operations, continuing to drive innovation and operational excellence within the hospitality sector.

Tina Raya
Executive Assistant
With over three decades of dedicated service, Tina Raya is the trusted Senior Assistant to Lewis Wolff and the company. In this role, she oversees a wide range of executive and administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination across all business operations. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and reliability, Ms. Raya plays a vital role in supporting the firm's strategic initiatives and maintaining organizational efficiency. Through her deep experience and commitment to excellence, Ms. Raya upholds the highest standards of executive support and remains an indispensable member of the leadership team.

Shana Kaplan
Executive Assistant
Since joining Wolff Urban Management in 1994, Shana Kaplan has built a distinguished career defined by dedication, versatility, and deep institutional knowledge. As Executive Assistant to the company’s principals, she plays a pivotal role in coordinating business operations and providing high-level administrative support. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Ms. Kaplan oversees key accounting functions and manages property operations for the corporate office. Her broad expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an integral contributor to the firm’s continued success.

Heather Loomis Tighe
Advisor
Heather Loomis Tighe is the Founder and CEO of Loomis Capital Management, where she serves as Chief Investment Officer for prominent families, focusing on advisement and management. She previously spent 17 years at BlackRock and J.P. Morgan, where she held senior leadership roles across asset management, portfolio strategy, and client advisory.
At BlackRock, Heather was Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Family Office Business for the Western U.S. and Canada, advising clients on asset allocation, alternatives, and risk management. At J.P. Morgan, she managed a $13 billion fixed income business, served on the Private Bank’s Portfolio Construction Committee, and founded WISE, an initiative to educate women on finance.
She also brings venture investment experience from her role as Managing Director at Glynn Capital and early trading experience at First New York Securities. A frequent financial media contributor, Heather has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg, and in major publications.
Beyond finance, she serves on the investment board for City of Hope and the advisory board of Tompkins Conservation. A magna cum laude graduate of Duke University in Economics and Spanish, she lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with her husband and two children.

Philip Maritz
Advisor & Partner
Philip (“Flip”) Maritz has been in the hotel and real estate business for nearly 30 years and has co-sponsored multiple investment funds with $7 billion worth of assets at Broadreach Capital and Maritz, Wolff & Co. He has also chaired or co-chaired several owned hotel management companies (Rosewood, Fairmont and Dolce Hotels) and developed/redeveloped numerous iconic hotels including the Carlyle NYC, the Fairmont San Francisco, Four Seasons hotels in Toronto, Houston, Austin and Nevis, The Lanesborough London, Park Hyatt Sydney and Hotel Seiyo Ginza Tokyo.
Flip serves as a director of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG, a $10 billion auto retailer) and numerous private companies. Additionally, he serves as a trustee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the American University in Cairo, the Princeton University Art Museum, and the New York Landmarks Conservancy. Flip is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He received a BA from Princeton University and a MBA from Stanford University.

Ronald Silverman
Advisor
Mr. Silverman provides ongoing strategic planning and investment management advise for Wolff Urban Management. Ron has been with the prestigious Bel Air Investment Advisors firm since 2003. Prior to joining Bel Air, Ron was a Senior Managing Director at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., Inc., an investment bank headquartered in New York. Before GKM, Ron was a partner of the Beverly Hills-based law firm Weissmann, Wolff, Bergman, Coleman, & Silverman for 15 years; earlier he was a partner of the Los Angeles law firm Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Tunney. Ron started his legal career as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
Mr. Silverman received his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University, and a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School.
